The Kenten Story

The Kenten was inspired by experiences in Europe, a desire for community, and everything Kensington and the Bow River have to offer.

Inspiration and Planning

Sam and Loranne Boguslavsky, owners of Sable Group of Companies, purchased Kensington Gate in 2001. With over 20 years to plan, the time has come to unveil their vision for the corner of 10th and Memorial – the most interesting corner in Calgary.

The Kenten is largely inspired through Sam and Loranne’s decade of living and working in Europe, where they experienced beautiful architecture and a vibrant lifestyle. They are incorporating their experiences into The Kenten and everything it has to offer.
